New York (Nov 16) Bitcoin-U.S. dollar prices are higher in early U.S. trading Monday and close to last week’s 22-month high. Bulls are in solid technical control as prices are in an uptrend on the daily chart. There are still no early chart clues to suggest a market top is close at hand. The path of least resistance remains sideways to higher.
