Now Silver's Running Low In China Too

There's been a silver shortage in India for the last few weeks, and over the weekend Bloomberg reported that the LBMA believes this isn't just a dislocation between geographic areas, but that we've actually reached a true silver shortage. And now we find out that even China is running low on their silver supply too.
