Silver is on major sell signal since 2011. Short term is on buy signal. COT data indicates weak support for silver, and unless OI picks up, prices will be under pressure.
Today's US employment report was the best in years. 300,000+ new jobs, rising wages, fewer people dropping out of the workforce, the whole package. Very hopeful. And also curious, since the rest of the world seems to be moving in the other direction. Consider:

The US dollar has surged in recent months breaking some obvious resistance levels. This has brought out many calls for an even bigger move up. While this is possible, I suspect a big fake out move is in play. Let’s investigate.

The market has been following the average seasonal pattern pretty closely…and that pattern calls for another week of gains. I expect the major averages to be higher on Friday December 5 than they were on Friday November 28.
